Orange Leaf is a joint that is like a cute, chinese panda - delightlfully round and loveable. The frozen yogurt is bomb. They got enough flavors to make your tongue melt in satisfaction. Simply put, if you're in the mood for something creamy and sweet in your mouth try some orange leaf. Either that or, for you girls, try something new behind closed doors. :D Also, the place is stylized well enough for all those hipsters and happy-go encentrics.

A new frozen yogurt addition to the Lafayette area. Closer to many of the Uni's buildings and thus potentially [a few blocks] more convenient for anyone coming from that direction. Some comments: The frozen yogurt is apparently milk based which they will explain to you if you come in and look like a new costumer. I guess what this translates to in taste is that it is much sweeter than Red Mango's frozen yogurt. Personally I prefer tart over sweet. They do have a whole variety of flavors that their competitor doesn't have (like pineapple, or cookies n cream), so it's worth trying out, maybe it's for you. It looks like in order to get samples you have to point out which flavor you would like to try and then they will serve it for you. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of self-serve, and it made me feel self conscious on how many flavors to try. I would recommend a little more faith in your costumers. I don't go over to red mango and re-try every flavor possible just because. I have tried them all, and when I go in I know what I want. If there is something new then I'll try that. Last point is that at least last time I went they didn't have mochi. Mochi is a must for me to have with frozen yogurt. I told the workers that and they said that I wasn't the only person that had brought that up...so maybe mochi soon?

I heard this place had very sweet yogurt (which isnt my favorite) but I went anyways because some friends wanted to go. Long story short, I decided to get raspberry to have a fruity tangy flavor, and it was indeed waaayy too sweet. Toppings were as normal places, but they didnt even have the original flavor. The cashier was nice and the place is really clean. If you dont like really sweet yogurt, then dont go here.

My favorite froyo place on campus! The wide, ever-changing variety of flavors makes this my favorite place. The seasonal flavors are some of my favorites. But if you are more traditional they've got that also! Its a great atmosphere for group meetings with the many places to sit. It is also a great place for fundraising and skip-a-meals.

Orange Leaf is a common go-to place for froyo on Purdue's campus. A lot of people I know love the froyo here but to be honest to me it's kind of ehh. I will commend them for always having new flavors and exceptional service, but to me it just isn't as good as other froyo places like Red Mango. As the other review said, they also don't have their prices visible which is kind of inconvenient. There is a good selection of product and there are always promotions and deals to save money. Check it out for a low cal snack!

This place is pretty good. We enjoy coming here. They rotate several of their flavors so there is always something new to try. The flavors are generally pretty good. They do allow you to sample the flavors so you can try before you buy. However, they are like Nazi's about their sampling cups. They keep them hidden behind the counter and you have to beg a worker to bring a few out to let you try stuff. They don't just hand you a couple and let you try the stuff for yourself. No. They have to get it and then hand it to you. They then watch you while you try it and throw it away. They obviously don't trust people to sample the flavors on their own accord. They must be worried that you will fill that 1/2 ounce cup up too many times and screw them out of a few pennies. I find this to be a ridiculous practice. In every other fro-yo place like this, they have the sample cups sitting out by the machines and you are free to just take one and try a flavor you are interested in. It makes a lot more sense this way. This is normally a nuisance but gets to be very aggravating when they are busy and you have to wait five minutes to try a sample. It's also very condescending that they either don't trust you enough to try it on your own or don't feel you're competent enough to get a sample for yourself. I would give it four stars if it weren't for this practice. I would recommend going here if you're in the mood for for-yo. However, let them know that it is unnecessary to guard their sample cups like they are gold. The next time I go here and they treat me like a two year old while I sample a flavor, I am going to demand that they fly that damn thing like an airplane and put it in my mouth for me.

I didn't stay long enough to get anything. I wanted to know how much the yogurt costs before proceeding (it should be pretty straightforward, since they weigh it and charge per ounce), and there are NO signs posted regarding this somewhat-important tidbit. I waited in line just to ask how much it was going to cost, but when I saw a guy shell out +8 bucks for 2 half-full yogurt cups, I did the math and decided it wasn't worth it. HEY YOU MIGHT WANT TO POST SOME SIGNAGE ABOUT PRICES. thanks. I went to Greyhouse instead. All their prices were very easy to find. How nice.
